How it works:
- Bring them in: Drop off your worn jeans at one of our stores*
- We recycle: We send them to TerraCycle, where they're processed into raw materials to make new items rather than ending up in landfills.
- Get rewarded: Receive 25% off your next purchase in return*.
*Jeans must be Neuw Denim, freshly washed to be accepted for recycling. Discount applies to full-price items only and is valid for 6 months.
WHO:
TerraCycle works globally with businesses, governments, and individuals to combat the waste crisis by innovating recycling and reuse solutions that keep non-profitable materials out of landfills and incinerators.
HOW:
Brand-Funded Recycling: Focuses on hard-to-recycle items that local councils reject, made possible through brand partnerships.
Research & Compliance: In-house scientists analyse waste streams to ensure materials can be safely and practically processed.
Tracking & Inspection: Shipments arrive at regional facilities to be weighed, inspected, and logged for strict chain-of-custody tracking.
Advanced Sorting: Waste is separated by material type using manual, mechanical, optical, and magnetic sorting methods.
Processing into Raw Material: Cleaned items are transformed into raw materials (like plastic pellets) and sold to make new products.
