Introducing our seamless, no-risk way of finding your perfect Neuw Denim denim fit in the comfort of home.

How it works:

1. Select the Try At Home button on any eligible item

2. Add up to 4 eligible items to your cart

3. Complete checkout to reserve the order total on your card (you won’t be charged at this stage) 

What happens next:

1. Once your order arrives you will have 3 days to try your items on

2. You will receive an SMS & email with the link to your Mirra Customer Portal

3. Select the items you want to keep and those you want to return. You'll only be charged for the items you keep.

Things to know

Try At Home service available on full-price items only.

An authorisation will be placed on your card for the full amount of the Try At Home order.

Request the return through the Mirra Customer Portal. When returning, we will provide a pre-paid return label. If all items are returned a $10 restocking fee will apply.

Please complete your order within the trial time (3 days from delivery). Orders not completed by the deadline will be charged for all items.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.

How does the authorisation process work?

When you use the Try At Home service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorise your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorisation simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.

What is the Restocking Fee?

The restocking fee is a $10 charge that applies only if you decide to return all items from your order. This fee covers the cost of the service, including shipping, handling, and processing of returns. It is only charged if no items from the order are kept. This fee ensures that we can continue to offer our customers the flexibility to try products at home before committing to a purchase.

Please note this service is currently only available in Australia and for our full-priced items.

How do I complete my order?

Try At Home orders must be completed in the Mirra Customer Portal within the trial period (3 days from delivery). You will be able to confirm which item/s you wish to keep and initiate a return for the rest.
