Great return policy and service
The jeans are great quality and relaxed fit. Unfortunately I got a hole in them appear on a seam about four months after purchase. The company was awesome providing me a replacement with no fuss.

Great but one big issue… The fabric!
I have had countless pairs of the Ray style jeans and the comfort is undeniable but…
ALL have suffered the same fate within 12 months of purchase, at the front just below the pocket line the elastic fabric stretches and sags. And no I don’t put my phone or keys in my pockets either. Same problem below the knees. The fabric does not hold its shape overtime. A shame for $170 pair of pants.
That’s without mentioning the rapid fabric deterioration between a the legs. That’s probably why they offer free repairs.
You might want to work on the design and fabric choice. For now I am buying another brand.
