I guess they are fine but pretty disappointed
They are way to stretchy for a tapered jean, they are advertised as if the look and feel like denim but because of the stretchy elastane look and feel like denim tights.

I love these jeans. I had my last pair for almost 5 years. This pair was a replacement for them - ordered exactly the same jeans. The taper at the bottom of the calf means they fit great. The denim is really good quality. I expect these will probably last another 5 years.

Great but one big issue… The fabric!
I have had countless pairs of the Ray style jeans and the comfort is undeniable but…
ALL have suffered the same fate within 12 months of purchase, at the front just below the pocket line the elastic fabric stretches and sags. And no I don’t put my phone or keys in my pockets either. Same problem below the knees. The fabric does not hold its shape overtime. A shame for $170 pair of pants.
That’s without mentioning the rapid fabric deterioration between a the legs. That’s probably why they offer free repairs.
You might want to work on the design and fabric choice. For now I am buying another brand.

Very unhappy with the customer service from Neuw. I am in the UK and ordered from what looked to be their EU site (prices in Euros, EU url). But it turns out they ship from Australia. I’d never have ordered if I’d known. Over two months have passed and the tracking shows no movement since it was dispatched. Neuw won’t pick up the phone (I’ve been calling during their Australian opening times) and have not replied to my email. Yet I keep receiving these prompts to leave a review about the item I ordered…
