What does comfort denim mean?

Comfort denim, sometimes known as comfort rigid, is designed for those who want an authentic vintage look to their denim with a little bit of stretch. Comfort denim will keep its shape and doesn't require as much "wearing in" as rigid denim. It is also a slightly lighter weight which makes for a great trans-seasonal jean. If you normally wear super stretchy denim, try going up half a size.

How do I wash my jeans?

Always turn your jeans inside out. Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Use a mild detergent. For dark indigo denim, wash alone the first time to prevent colour transfer.

Once the base fabric is dyed, it can then be washed back to create various levels of intensity from solid black to washed blacks and greys
Black dye will fade with excessive washing to lighter shades and subtle wear templates
Cold wash will help reduce fade

Comfort denim is made with a small percentage of Elastane to provide a little more stretch

Elegant & Stylish

These fit around my hips & waist feeling comfortable, not tight. The fall of the fabric and the high waist provides an elegant look that is also feminine. I have a larger size pair for a slouchier look, but I always come back to these. I love the French Black colour as well.
