These Terms and Conditions govern your use of and purchases from www.neuwdenim.com (the “Website”). Please read them carefully before using the Website.

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the “Customer” or “You”) and Threebyone Europe AB, 556976-1470, with its registered office at Tulegatan 35, 113 53 Stockholm, Sweden (“Threebyone Europe AB”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes. The Website and its content are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

THE AGREEMENT

The agreement between you and Threebyone Europe AB for the purchase of goods through the Website consists of:

(a) these Terms and Conditions; and

(b) the terms of your order.

An agreement is formed once your order has been received and accepted by us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Each order constitutes a separate agreement.

PURCHASE ORDERS AND DELIVERY

Orders are placed through the Website by selecting products and completing the checkout process with your personal and payment details.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If items are in stock, delivery normally takes 3–5 business days from the date you receive your order confirmation, depending on the selected courier and destination.

Delivery times may be longer during sale periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs clearance. Threebyone Europe AB cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

All shipments are handled by our logistics partners. You will receive a notification when your order is on its way or ready for collection at your local service point.

PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on the Website may be changed at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order prior to dispatch. In such cases, you will be informed and offered the option to place a new order at the correct price or receive a full refund.

European Union (excluding Åland Islands)

All prices include applicable VAT but exclude shipping costs, which are shown at checkout.

Non-EU countries (including Åland Islands)

Orders are shipped from Sweden. Customers outside the EU are not charged Swedish VAT but may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not reimbursed by Threebyone Europe AB.

PACKAGING AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

Products are packaged appropriately to ensure protection during transport. Care labels are included with all garments and must be followed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Refunds will be issued for returned items, excluding any applicable return handling fee. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a deduction.

How to return

Returns must be registered via our return portal. Instructions and available return options will be displayed during the return process and may vary depending on your location.

FAULTY GOODS

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request images or, in some cases, that the item is returned for inspection before offering a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as selected local payment options such as Swish, Vipps and iDEAL. Payments may also be made via PayPal and Klarna.

Card payments are authorised at checkout but not charged until your order is dispatched. All payments are processed securely via our payment service provider and in accordance with PCI DSS requirements.

LICENSE AND USE OF THE WEBSITE

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Website for the purpose of browsing and purchasing products. Any other use, including commercial use, reproduction or modification, is prohibited.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Threebyone Europe AB. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated Terms and Conditions have been published on the Website.

For orders already placed, the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of purchase will apply.
