Returns

You are welcome to return your neuwdenim.com order for a refund within 14 days of delivery if it’s in brand new condition with all original tags attached. A proof of purchase is required in the form of an order number. For online returns, a return request is required to be submitted first.

Faulty / damaged items must be assessed and approved by Neuw Denim before returning for refund, credit, or exchange. Please contact us to report any issues with your product first.

Return Shipping Costs

Within Sweden, change of mind returns can be sent back to us for a flat fee of 70 SEK.

Norway, change of mind returns can be sent back to us for a flat fee of 70 NOK.

Rest of EU, change of mind returns can be sent back to us for a flat fee of €7.
