Returns

If your order wasn't quite right for any reason at all, please use our Returns & Exchanges Portal. You are welcome to request a return within 14 days of delivery as per your right to withdraw. All returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to exchange an item:

  1. Register your exchange through our returns portal and select your preferred replacement item.
  2. Pack the item securely, in its original packaging, with all original tags attached.
  3. Attach the return label provided and follow the shipping instructions in the portal.
  4. Once your return has been received and processed, your exchange order will be prepared for shipment.

Sweden: 150 SEK

Norway: 150 NOK

Rest of Europe: €15
