Lola Mom - Stay Black

I’ve just noticed these are on their final sale & that means returns/refunds are not an option - so hopefully someone benefits from my disappointment. I am a longtime Neuw lover. Still have two pairs of cigarette marilyn’s i bought in melbourne in 2011. I’ve got multiple pairs of lola’s (as well as other cuts!) & my sizing is consistent across the board. I’d been a 24 in every pair. My 24’s fit still. I purchased these a couple months back & ordered them in a 25, thinking i’d get a slightly more relaxed mom jean. I could barely get them on. I was so freakin excited. Had wanted to buy a pair for a long time & finally splashed the cash. When they arrived I dropped everything & tried them straight on… the heartbreak cannot be portrayed in words. (it probably can, but i’m being dramatic for effect) They are absolutely stunning in person. The black patch with gold writing?! Superb! The exchange thing can be a bit tricky in a rural town so I’m hoping a cold bath together might make us a better fit. So - I would have needed at least a 26 for a firm fit. The fit that is still tight, but perfect when worn in. I’d recommend at least sizing up one size… probably two, if you’re game. Seems other reviews echo similar experiences. But they are gorgeous, so definitely deserving of a place in your regular wardrobe!

I have tried altogether 4 sizes… none of which are the perfect fit for me but I’m going to have to keep 2. I have no idea where my refund is for the pair I sent back through Urban Outfitters weeks ago, and the pair I sent back through the company, it costed $40 for shipping. From California. Never again.
