Very unhappy with the customer service from Neuw. I am in the UK and ordered from what looked to be their EU site (prices in Euros, EU url). But it turns out they ship from Australia. I’d never have ordered if I’d known. Over two months have passed and the tracking shows no movement since it was dispatched. Neuw won’t pick up the phone (I’ve been calling during their Australian opening times) and have not replied to my email. Yet I keep receiving these prompts to leave a review about the item I ordered…

These jeans are super comfortable, and great quality denim. Neuw jeans last. This is my new favorite pair, as they are a great wash color but more importantly sit really well and thus look the part.

Tapered jeans

While these jeans are not inexpensive, they are well constructed and the materials used were of decent quality. They fit very comfortably. As everyone where I lives wears ankle style Blundstone boots, these jeans for comfortably over the boot yet are slim fitting enough to go inside my wet weather hunting boots. The jeans are super quiet and will not spook deer in hunting scenarios. Overall I can recommend this product
